this company keep asking my bank for payment i don’t use this site how can i stop it.been on chat but not helpful.
keep asking me for info i just don’t have as i’m a pensioner i cant afford for this money to be taken out can you help please.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member. Posting in the forums General sub-forum doesn’t help, so it isn’t clear what Program this is ?
I can only assume that you have installed a Free Trial version of Avast Premium ?
If so at the end of the trial period they would expect payment - ordinarily you would have to have completed a payment mandate for this to take effect after the trial period.
If you can’t afford it (presumable you are talking about a paid version of Avast (?).
I have been using Avast Antivirus Free for just over 21 years, it suits my needs/requirements.
