PayPal email PDF attachment with link in it

Hello!!

I recently received a weird email, apparently from PayPal (service at paypal dot com).
The odd thing about the email is that the content said it was from ebay, not from PayPal.
There’s a pdf attached to the email. It is an ebay invoice ticket, stating that I bought some iPhone 7 headphones.

There is a link inside the PDF.

It wasn’t detected by my Avast, even though I have mail shield on.

Is this a kind of virus? or it’s just spam?

Should I attach the pdf?
