I’m also getting a “Your system administrator has blocked this program” when i try to download things with Utorrent.
^Fixed this problem, cryptoprevent was blocking it. LoL problem still happening though.
When you connect to LOL could you temporarily disable web shield and let me know the result
Just tried it, same thing happens. I even tried uninstalling avast, it also didn’t work so i reinstalled.

It ran a quick process and then restarted my comp, but did not fix the problem.
This appears to be an ongoing issue since 2013, are you able to use another server
Switched to the Latin american server, still had the same issue. Never had this problem before the virus as well.
Could you open the Avast firewall, click application rules.
Then delete all references to LOL
Reboot and retry
That didnt work either
I FIXED IT! I reset all my internet explorer setting to default and it works now. Thanks for all the help ;D, and sorry if my problem was a pain in the butt :-\

Hello, i have been attacked by exactly the same virus and i need help to remove it, being a computer begginner i do not know where to start! any help would be greatly appreciated. I was going to copy the text offered by essexboy but i saw that is said if its not for the right computer it could end up damaging it. THanks in advance
