I’m brand new to this forum and have limited technical expertise, so please excuse some clumsiness on my part. I got that Crypto ransomware virus yesterday. It has encrypted all my data files. From my research it appears here is nothing that can be done, but hopefully that’s wrong. Would someone be able to help me?
