Pb with licence ASL - between 2pc ?

Good afternoon,
I usually run Avast Internet security on my laptop and desktop with my account (purchase a 3 users licence)
Last year I installed ASL on my desktop and bought a package for 1 licene + 2 android.

Yesterday, I bought an ASL for my laptop (the 30d eval version with auto renew), I receive the order but without any licence. I update the avast full system, and then ask for the licence files which contains the 3 licences:
IS - ASL with android - ASL 30d trial.

Once il Load the file on the latop, error, file is not a suitable licence for ASL.

Do you have any idea ? is there any conflict between both ASL licences (one already in use, the other to be loaded on a different computer ?)

What do you suggest ?

ASL is 7 days trial not 30, unless you buy a HP or Asus system with ASL preinstalled.
For the bought licenses, check your account > https://my.avast.com
If the bought one isn’t there it can be you made a typo in the email when ordering.
Contact avast if the license doesn’t show in your account.
