I just purchased Avast 4 PDA and once I put in the license code all seemed to work well… then I rebooted the cpu and the PDA Edition updater vanished… don’t I need it to do the automatic updates, and how do I get it back… Sorry but I forgot to mention that I had uninstalled the program and re-installed it without first having rebotted. So I uninstalled again, rebooted, and re-installed and got it back. So I got the updater back… problem solved. Sorry folks
