PDF Format - Icon has recently changed

Dear all,
It could be that this is not an issue as such, however I would like to ask for an opinion.

My computer is an ASUS, I have it now for a couple of years. I do have Microsoft office but I am using Avast Secure Browser + Avast VPN + Avast Premium Security.

Till recently all my documents in PDF format had an icon which was the equivalent of the Avast Secure Browser one.
Now I do still have the documents on my computer however they do not have a specific icon anymore and I am also facing some little issues when I am trying to use Avast Secure Browser in Private mode.

What are your thoughts ?

Right-click on the pdf file icon. Select the “Open with” option. A selection window opens. Select the avast browser and check the use permanently box.
