I am trying to install this proggy to keep an eye on my teenager, and it keeps coming up as a virus. How do I tell avast that this is not a virus and get it to quit disabling it? Thank you, LilMe
You can put it to the list of Exclusions in program settings.
Note that there are actually two lists of exclusions: one for on-demand scanner (e.g. Simple User Interface or Explorer Extension), the other one for Standard Shield resident provider.
If you have XP, why not create a limited account for your kid with restrictions?
He was on a limited acct. He was able to break into my acct. That’s why I want to see what it is he’s doing. I put it on the exclusions and it still see it as a trojan?
