Performance issues can't be resolved

I downloaded the free version and tried to resolve the “performance issues” on my computer. I was prompted to start a start a subscription (1, 2 or 3 years), thanked no, but started a 60 day free trial that is now activated. But when I try to resolve my performance issues, I once again get prompted to start a full subscription. Isn’t it possible to resolve performance issues with the trial version?

(I have activated the trial version with the activation code and I have rebooted my computer, see attached images.)

cleanup is a stand alone program and doesnt even come with the full paid version of avast premium.
same as vpn is stand alone program.

years ago i used cc cleaner (i know, silly me) who were hacked years ago and again in last few weeks. so dont touch with a bargepole.
for past 2 years ive used wisecare 365 which cleans up everything. then run avast straight after and it still says i have 5gb junk.

when was the last time you cleaned out your temp files on your brouser.

Thank you! Do you use the free version of Wisecare 360 or the full version?

i got the full version for free from a certain daily deal website but only thing is it doesnt let you update the version unless i drop back to free version. free does all the same with cleanups but has extra thing with paid version.
