PGR.exe Malware keeps coming up!

Avast Free version does block this malware but it keeps coming back. I’ve even used Spybot search and destroy and it seems to find multiple instances of malware but the program is in processes calling itself AVG Manager II. It comes in 3 processes: pgq.exe, pgr.exe and pgs.exe. What will remove it permanently? This program opens up 4 internet explorer windows which also go to websites with irritating music.

This entry in the Spybot report seems to be the one.

Try this

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.50.1 http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
always update so you have latest database before you scan
click the remove selected button to quarantine anything found

please post the scan log here
