Hey, I was not well prepared for losing my phone I know that the mobile security was installed on my phone, but I never used it or registered. I did now, but I cant connect my avast account to my stolen phone. Is there any possibility for me to use the app installed on my stolen phone?

Yeah, but I never used avast before, my phone isnt connected to my avast account and I also didnt insert a friends phone number. My question was, if it is somehow possible to link my phone and the avast app on it to my avast account now that it has been stolen. If there are any possibilities to remotely connect the two.
Reread the FAQ, there are other options to locate the phone.
Unfortunately, my Simcard got deactivated when I ordered a new one, plus I dont think the rhief was so stupid to leave the simcard in the phone so I cant use any sms remote possibilities and have to hope that there is a way to connect the app on my phone to my avast account without the help of sending sms is there any other way that you know of?
You’ll be informed if a new SIM is entered.

The problem is that I never used the app before… So its blank… I cant even see my phone as a device in my avastaccount… Because I never logged in with my phone…
Forget the account, work with SMS instead.
I cant, since my simcard got cancelled in the process of ordering a bew sim. The old one is inactive now…
See: Reply #5…!! Did you read the manual yet…?
Yes I read it… this is why I keep on asking if there are other ways. Because the manual says, it is not possible to remotely control my phone, since I never opened the app on my phone or created an account. in my web avast account are no devices and when I click on adding devices, all it does is sending me a download link… so I guess my phone is lost? Is it?
As said, you can control it via SMS, but you’ve to wait until a new SIM is entered.
