PHONE LOCKED CAN'T RECOVER PASSWORD

I activated a second sim in my dual-sim android phone: Tecno H6. When I activated the anti-theft, a message was sent to two alternate phone numbers. The information for Forget password was #mima#. I have sent This #mima# as sms to both alternate phones, but no password is recovered. Is there something I have not done correctly? PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME!
