Two devices (Both lollipop) show as no AV installed but show the Anti-theft installed in the web console even though AV is installed on both.
So, here’s what I did on one of them:
- Uninstalled anti-theft and then AV from the mobile.
- Removed the device from the web console.
- Reinstalled AV on the mobile and logged into my account. It showed up but greyed out, which is odd as it shows the last communication as 1 minute ago! Also, it shows that it has no AV or anti-theft installed. Anyway ploughing on…
- Renamed the device in the web console (I appended my name for cosmetic reasons)
- I installed anti theft.
- The web console then showed a new device with anti-theft and no AV! So I now have 2 devices for one phone.
Any ideas?
