Phone screen off

URGENT:

I called my phone via the website, then the screen went off and won’t go on again. But if I send my PIN with a code (example: 0000 LOCK) it does work, and then I enter my PIN to unlock it, and the screen go off again. The phone works, and recieves SMS, but can’t be turned ON or anything else…

Could you help please!
