Phone Turn OFF Disable/Enable Feature

Hi,
Firstly thanks a lot for providing this great software at the price of nothing, where as others at the same time are tryin to rip us off!

Was just wondering if there is a possibility to add a feature that could stop the theif from turning off the device?

Something like;

Anti Theft Settings Menu------> Phone OFF Enable/Disable (Enable will not allow the phone to be powered off, where as disable would allow it to be powered off)

Because once the device is turned off, any app is practically of no use. Set aside the great Avast Anti Theft!

unfortunately this can’t be done. For most devices it wouldn’t make to much sense either, since one could just remove the battery.
