Thanks for all your help guys, on last part of venture (vista laptop setup)

Last thing I need is a free basic Vista photo editing suite…then I am done and will give you some peace (maybe) :wink:

The Gimp maybe If it will work on Vista a bit hard to use at times but good

Hi Suz, I use this one on Vista and I think it’s ok.
The Gimp is very powerfull but has an extremely steep lurning-curve.
Photoscape is easier and for basic editing sufficient.

Eh, forget GIMP. Bad interface design and generally too complicated for every day use.

FastStone Image Viewer has a number of useful features that are very easy to use (cropping, resizing, etc.), and a few more that can be ignored. I haven’t tried it on Vista, but it might be worth a look.

Yes, it has been a long time. Glad to see you back on here. I also use Faststone Image Viewer as well as a few other of their products …
