I installed Root Browser Lite and deleted the anti theft
rm / system / app / com.avast.android.antitheft.apk
rm / system / etc / com.avast.android.antitheft.backup.enc
later on, adb shell I run the uninstall.
adb uninstall com.avast.android.antitheft
