[size=12pt]Ping not working when Avast Endpoint Protection Suite Plus (Avast! Shields Control Enable)…If i disable Avast Shield I’m able to ping Google.com. Also when i have “Work Firewall Enable” no one can ping my computer…so i have to change it to
“Home Firewall”…if i need to start a new topic for 2nd issue please let me know.[/size]

Try Security–>Firewall–>Options–>Policies–>System Rules (sorry if there are any errors, I’m translating from Spanish). In this menu you will see 2 options for Ping, try to activate them.

If you use ASOA, you can make this for all the group: Edit group settings–>Shields options–>Firewall–>System rules.
