I ran a full system scan several times and each time it has come up saying THREAT DETECTED This is the only information I can give File name C:/Windows/…/System Severity High Status Threat: Win32:Agent-APHJ… Action Moved to chest Result Error: The process cannot access the the file because it is being used by another process (32)
This threat is being detected by the File System Shield.
I have done boot time scans and at the end of each boot time scan it says number of infected files 0
when you see the scan result… put your mouse pointer on the vertical bar just on front of severity and dragg sideways… the file path column should now open up so you see the full file path
Thank you for your reply I really appreciate it it, I tried to take a screenshot but for some reason the screenshot is blurred and not visible and unreadable.
Sorry I did try and upload a screenshot but I have failed.
I can tell you a bit more though, under the file name section which I dragged sideways I can see a bit more information which is C:/Windows/System32/config/system.
Unfortunately this is all the information the scan logs is giving me.
run in order listed
AdwCleaner / Malwarebytes / OTL / aswMBR
when done removal experts will be notified and check the logs for infections, and remove them if any is found
when finish he will remove the tools used
