Please check remote install log for details

I’ve been getting quite a few failure messages. I’ve looked elsewhere in the forum and have found a number of people posting the contents of the remote install log.

Now, I’ve searched the forum, and I’ve searched the manual (pdf) and I simply can’t find where you can look at this log. Where is it?

HELP!!! I registered my home edition of Avast on february 26th and paid for a one year subscription. I keep getting a message that I have NOT registered and NOT paid and that my subscription will be cut of in 2 days. I have followed all the directions that AVAST sent, but have not been able to register - I have my license key, but no license key file (no idea where to get it). I am desparate - I really need some help. Because I have apparently not registered I cannot get into the technical help area - its just a continuing circle of frustration. I love the program, but getting it sorted is becoming a nightmare. PLEASE HELP
RE in Canada. Does AVAST have a telephone number, is there anyway that I can actually communicate with the people at AVAST???

you can look up a local dealer and contact them about it if you really need to talk with someone
