when i open new page in browser there is next adress:
res://D:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm
if that can help to you.
I instaled ccleaner,ewido,nod 32, spubot etc.

Not all toolbars can be welcomed, some are ad- and spyware, or nasty scumware.
After your computer is cleansed have to reinstall the three musketeers to keep adware from your box:
ad-aware, spybot search & destroy, spywareblaster, and keep these updated.
