What exact version of avast ?
Login to what/how ?

If it shows in the Farbar log file, ask the developer of Farbar why it shows up in there.

The scan shown by farbar, is avast file. So, i think that it is better to ask here, why the code integrity is said to be found in the scan.
It is not accessed. I just did the farbar scan FRST, and the log shows thus.
