My print screen say connect server time out but its not maintenance. Tried it play now by disabling the Avast.

Avast didnt detect this site as a virus… but after logging it… It doest continue to play the game.

See my read circle for the issue.

This is only web browsing game.

If i disable Avast it can play.

My lil brother want this game and i dont want to disable Avast for playing this.

Ive read in forums AVG anti virus can play this.

Please fix the issue.

Im playing now using other computer with AVG anti virus installed.

Ever since using Avast i cant play this site.

I tried many times already since in November it doesn’t play.

But disabling the Avast and using AVG i can play this web browsing site.

Probably not necessary to disable avast!. Try turning off “Web Shield” instead, but not recommended ~
P.S. check the shield protection of AVG @ http://free.avg.com/ww-en/download-avg-anti-virus-free-edition

Well, according to these forum posts, a lot of users can not enter the servers, and it seems quite random. Same thing happened to me, whether Avast was on or off, so it’s a maintenance issue at their end, and nothing to do with Avast.
Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?
If you log out on the machine using AVG, can you then log in again, and play?

Its not the web shield.

I already test it by disabling it.

The issue here is im pretty sure its the standard shield blocking the site after logging it.

And this site has no viruses.

Here’s an avast user Nahzito name number 45 post problem logging in.

So you’ll see the problem.

The only fix is disable avast.

@ tarq57 im really 100% sure its Avast blocking this web bworser game. Why?

My computer 1 has avast installed and i just try changing to Avg its really works. It can play.

I try delete cache and cookies still doesn’t play.

Im pretty sure its not the cookies and cache for my problem.

Using Avg can play this even logging out then logging in again with no issues.

Actually im playing now using other computer without deleting clear history in mozilla.

I don’t know what happened to you after u disable avast and still didn’t work for you because i already try it and it works fine if disabling avast.

I think I’ve got it. The network shield blocked it when I went to log in.
Nothing else to do but wait for someone from Alwil to analyze this.

Just realize n1 is a server channel

So try n2 now because n1 is doing maintenance

The real site is http://neverland.hithere.com/ sory for my mistake given main site earlier because im not playing this site… its my lil bro and his friends playing this site.

But in conclusion even not doing maintenance now either n1 or n2 channel you’ll connect with… still cant play using avast.

Yeah, I created an account, tried both the n1 and n2 servers, received a similar timeout in the viewing pane on the right of the logon pane, and then got a network shield alert.

    I’m really not sure if it is a problem with the number of ads hosted by this site (as indicated by Yanto Chiang’s link in the other post), whether there is something else malicious on it (I’d expect a webshield warning) or whether it is site maintenance that randomly caises some users to be unable to connect.

I suspect the last.

Yeah. Ive read it also in Yanto Chiang link but im just thinking If not mistaken the game site runs already 2-3 months already.

It has Moderators in the forum.

It has many player already… Ive seen it.

If it has malicious why after disabling the avast and try to play it for an hour. Then restart my computer with boot scanning, memory scan and hdd scan it doesn’t appear any viruses.

Based on my experience if avast detect the site viruses… It pops up a warning and abort the connection… In my case in this site its not the same. No Warning Pop-Up
