I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and I have the mobile security and the avast mobile backup. I go to the app on my cell and click on GO PREMIUM and then I click on UPGRADE To PREMIUM the phone then says working for a few seconds then I can click on ALREADY HAVE A LICENSE (That I received in an e-mail) A Box Pops up that says if you want to activate blah blah blah click yes and license refresh will be triggered… BUT Nothing Happens and I do have “MY AVAST” set up online and it shows my pc’s and cell’s… HOW CAN I GET IT TO LET ME ACTIVATE IT??? Thanks for your time and I have read everywhere I could and also ready F&Q and couldn’t find the answer…l Thanks again

Hello, in case you have your activating license received by e-mail, you should insert it via “Use voucher” on the top right corner. Please insert the code from the email and confirm.

It took about 10 tries. It would come up just for a split second then disappear. Thank you for the help I’m now activated and working great. I’ve been using Avast for years on my PC figured I’d try it on my cells as well. Thanks again
