Please help - duplicate licenses

It’s complicated…I have Avast licenses on my laptop and then my son got a new laptop so I bought licenses for him. Now I have 2 license expiration dates. After having renewed licenses in Sept, the relentless notifications started again in November. I renewed and I’m pretty sure I now have duplicate licenses and need a refund but I’m confused as to how to ensure I don’t delete licenses I need.

Is it possible to actually talk to someone in customer support?
