Please help... I can't log into my account

I’m really at a loss at what to do. Here’s the story:

My laptop was not letting me log into any of my accounts (I have my main and a guest account.) So I used safemode to get into my main account, and once I got in, I used the Avast full scan to scan for viruses. 2 virus things popped up after a few hours but I was stupid and didn’t write down what they were. I put the first thing into the chest and deleted the second thing by accident.

When I restarted my computer again, I thought everything would be okay but now I can’t even log into the Admin account through safemode.

PLEASE help me… I have no idea what to do. Any ideas? Is this a virus? Did I delete something important? Will I be able to get my account back?

Please provide us with a little more information such as the OS, what you can remember of the virus names, other security programs, etc.
