Please help, I purchased a 1 year license and I can't install.

Looking for any support I can get.
I just finished paying for a one year license for Avast, since I have enjoyed the free version on my notebook for so long.
The only problem is that when I installed it, as soon as it finished installing, a pop up error comes up saying : “The exception unknown software exception (0xe06d7363) occured in the application at 0x753ab9bc”

I have to press ok, or the X to remove it, but as soon as I do it pops up again, it will not go away or stop popping up until I uninstall Avast. Please, any help would be appreciated, as I just paid money for my license.

Im runningWindows 7 Professional with a i7 3770k CPU.

uninstall avast with this…run from safe mode http://www.avast.com/en-eu/uninstall-utility

reboot and install again

OBS: it is also important that you have uninstalled any preinstalled or previous used antivirus before installing avast
also run a removal tool to clerar any leftover files that may conflict
