hey im back, with the same problem… my laptop works, yes. But after like 10 minutes everything crashes. can’t click anything etc. and after that everything turns black and white again… D: im so dissapointed

This would indicate that there is a hardware problem with your system… Either the hard drive or the RAM. Is the laptop still under warranty ?

yes, I still have a few months warrenty. But how can I confirm that this is a hardware problem.

The consistent problems with the video and freezing/crashing are the indications. Especially after any malware cause has been ruled out

Get on to the manufacturer and ask them to replace it

ok, my laptop is a dell and i went to their website. There was a scan. I made a screenshot (btw it has over 300 registery errors)

it also says my c-drive might be corrupted :frowning:

sorry forgot the screenshot:

To me that looks like a system improvement type programme which will always throw up a score of errors … I would ignore them

Run a disc check as per the instructions here http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html

alright, now… the problems kept comming back.

What I did was, Reinstalled win7 (upgrade) And everything went back to normal!!! nothing is broken Its even waaaay faster then it ever was!
I still have all my files because i did the upgrade not the install.

Still thank you for your help, you have helped me very good.

I guesse im done here!

cya!!

Glad to hear that, the windows file system must have been badly damaged
