I choose the format of the generated file UPDATE.ZIP to EDIFY next I Choose a binary 1 file. I get a message: “Created on the SD card update.zip. Do you want to run the ROM manager to save Anti-Theft in a revision of the firmware?” At this point I do not know what to do next, please advice me.
    Try to install by recovery.

I have HTC Desire S Android 2.3.3 with kernel version “2.6.35.10-g2ee27f5”. I followed the same steps and got “update.zip” on my sdcard. Is there any way I can install this into ROM without using any external flasher?

you must use edify scripting. you can select which script you want when creating the UPDATE.ZIP
