This is the log of my Avast boot scan, it says these are hidden rootkits and in action says access denied, please help!!!

My concern is are these rootkits or just a false alarm as these are Microsoft’s direct X files. Please Help

They are FP’s , was this just after a windows update as Avast has a little problem there with the winsxs folder just after an update
