Please help me!!!!!!! I got charge for DRI AVAST SOFTWARE for USD 79.99

Please help me, I got charge for what I didn’t buy or want.

I couldn’t find any email for contact about this issue so I got to post for help.

My Credit card statement shows that on 28/06/18 DigitalRiver charge me for 79.99 USD but I didn’t order anything at all.
There is no confirmation email or order id or any detail about the product shown beside from the credit card statement.

I already check my subscribed list on Apple id but I subscribed only one product from Avast which will auto-renewal on Feb 2019 (1year) so it doesn’t make sense at all.

Can anyone help me? Thanks

You may want to fix your forum profile so no email addy is visible. Could cause a lot of SPAM.

In https://support.avast.com/article/24/ (Orders/Renewals/Refunds), It requires the Order Number which I don’t have, that’s the problem.

Just use 00000000 and explain it in your request.

Kérem, segítsen nekem, díjat kaptam azért, amit nem vásároltam vagy akartam.

Nem találtam e-mailt a kapcsolattartáshoz ezzel a kérdéssel kapcsolatban, ezért segítségre van szükségem.

Hitelkártya-kimutatásom szerint 19/12/30-án a 50,53 USD-t számít fel, de egyáltalán nem rendeltem meg.
Nincs jóváhagyó e-mail vagy megrendelési azonosító, vagy a hitelkártya-kimutatás melletti termékkel kapcsolatos részletek.

Már ellenőriztem az előfizetési listámat az Avast fiókomban, de csak egy terméket feliratkoztam az Avast-tól, amely 2020. július 17-jén automatikusan megújul, tehát egyáltalán nincs értelme.
