the exact trojan-name and the full path and complete filename of the infected file(s) would be helpful…also: what WIN do you have ?

download it to a disk, boot to DOS-Mode and run it by typing the following
C:\windows\regedit.exe A:\cleanrun.reg
at the command-prompt
