When I change LANGUAGE LANG_ENGLISH, SUBLANG_ENGLISH_US
to SLOVENIAN and compile with resource hacker i get a error
Compiler Error in line 2 at offset 10
Invalid statement: integer expected
Is that normal?

It doesn’t sounds “normal”.
I’m not sure if ResourceHacker is a good tool for the translation… a few times, I have encountered some problems with files editted by ResourceHacker (the executable image was corrupted). I’m not talking about avast! right now, just in general…
If you are interested, I can send you the original RC files - but you wouldn’t be able to open them in ResourceHacker, you’d need some other tool.
As for your question… it seems ResourceHacker doesn’t know some constant; did you put LANG_SLOVENIAN there, or just SLOVENIAN, which wouldn’t be correct?

I put LANG_SLOVENIAN. Can you please send me original RC files and tell me what program to use to edit it.
Translate avast! took me 150 hours! Will you do just running a hacker? Are you talking of avast! for PDA or for Windows? 8)
If you want to share experiences, see tranlators’ page: http://www.avast.com/i_idt_1521.html

I can send you the files on Monday.
I am afraid, however, that would would need e.g. Microsoft Visual Studio to be able to edit the .RC files… unless you want to do it in Notepad, which would be rather… “uncomfortable”.

OK. Send me on Monday on jakakukovic@siol.net
Microsoft visual studio is not the problem.
Igor, could you explain me this way of translation? By IM or email if you want… Thanks ;D

I have sent you the files on 15.3.2004 afternoon.
I have sent them again, now - hopefully they’ll arrive OK.
