Please help !! mHotspot is not working with V9.0.2006

everything was ok with v8 , but once i updated to internet security 9.0.2006 it no longer possible to share internet :

  • i start mhotspot as usual and start my wireless network … ok
  • the network shows up on my galaxy … ok
  • trying to connect ( with the right password) : it keeps saying “obtaining ip adress” and nothing happen it just stays like that !!

what should i do !!!

Uninstall and install mHotspot again and see if you still problems between Avast and mHotspot

it didn’t work , i also tried connectify but nothing worked !!

Did you create firewall rule for mHotspot in AIS?

this morning i tried again , and my phone connected succesfully but still couldn’t get internet, i even cheked “network adapter setting” to see if my LAN is shared … :-\

to mHotspot support guy : some times it stuck on “obtaining ip adress” and some times it connects but no internet on my phone , even when tryied the fix you provided …

You need to add an exception in Avast and firewall. Did you?

yes i did , and allowed all connections for mhotspot …
