I found out it’s happening because of an error in my Windows Update (I have a 32-bit Windows Vista Home Premium). Every time it tries to check for updates it says error 80070002. None of Microsoft’s troubleshooting options have helped at all, and from what I’ve found online it seems like there is no solution that works.
Is there a way I can get assistance with this issue, or some sort of technical support that will help me get the protection I payed for to work on this computer? And if not, is there some way that I can be refunded and have my registry de-activated?
