Please help remove M32.Myzor Virus

Hi, could someone please help me with this.
Last night I got a pop up from Internet explorer telling me that I had a trojan - W32.MyzorFK@yf.
I closed the browser and on my desk top I noticed 2 short cuts, one for Windows anti virus 2008 and one for ultimate antivirus. Without opening I deleted them, and also found the same things on the start list and add/remove programs. So deleted them.

On my actual internet explorer page, I was seeing a security essentials thing. Basically certain parts of the security were off.

Again I was told to install Windows anti virus or ultimate antivirus.

I have not. I checked my own security page, and everything is as normal. Security and patches are all up to date.

I have scanned using Avast - defender - windows safety scan - cclean - ad-aware.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Internet explorer, but the security essentials is still there.

This is a fake alert from a rogue program (not actually a virus) do not install anything or you are likely to be infected for real.

If you haven’t already got this software (freeware), download, install, update and run it and report the findings (it should product a log file).

MalwareBytes Anti-Malware freeware version http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/malwarebytes/mbam-setup.exe, right click on the link and select Save As or Save File (As depending on your browser), save it to a location where you can find it easily later. Also Try this tool (possibly run this one first), RogueRemover, available here http://www.malwarebytes.org/rogueremover.php
