Duble click to run file. On pop-up click on Yes/ok. Reboot your computer.

Re-run OTL and click on CleanUp! button.

You will be asked to reboot the machine to finish the cleanup process, choose Yes.
After the reboot all the tools we used should be gone.
Note: Some more recently created tools may not yet be removed by OTL. Feel free to manually delete any tools it leaves behind.

Thats it.

I also had those annoying pop-ups of this malware. After carefully examiniing the processes with ProcessExplorer, I found the malware was using Windows’ svchost.exe to launch itself from C:\RECYCLER.… . So I killed that particular process and then with the help of the Unlocker tool, I deleted the infected folder in the RECYCLER folder.
I think this worked for me.

I also ran ComboFix just to make sure if it’s really clear. It turned out that it found a strange driver file named “tmrkb.sys”! http://j.mp/PSfPop

Yes, but you also do not follow my instructions.
Combofix should have been uninstalled. He also shuld did some post cleaning.
Also, malware can not be started from the RECYCLER folder but this is supposed to be empty by the side of ComboFix and OTL.

Attach here C:\Combofix.txt

Now delete all used tools as above instructed. If we will use thouse tools, it will be fresh one.

Step1

Download fresh OTL and click on RunScan
Attach here OTL.txt sad Extras.txt

Step2

Download TDSSKiller and save it to your desktop

Execute TDSSKiller.exe by doubleclicking on it.

[*] Press Start Scan

Once complete, a log will be produced at the root drive which is typically C:\ ,for example, C:\TDSSKiller.<version_date_time>log.txt
