this entry is spyware. Go to Control Panel>Add/Remove and uninstall it:
O4 - Startup: PowerReg Scheduler.exe
I can’t find any information on this file. I suggest you upload the file to VirusTotal where it will be scanned by a number of anti-virus engines.
O4 - HKLM..\Run: [WINDOWS] c:\euhait.exe
http://www.virustotal.com/en/indexf.html
This running process seems to be worm:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\nSecure.exe
This may well be a Spybot variant:
C:\WINDOWS\msnmgrs.exe
O23 - Service: msn_mgrs - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\msnmgrs.exe
This is a Trojan backdoor:
O20 - Winlogon Notify: rpcc - C:\WINDOWS\System32\rpcc.dll
The presence of a backdoor means a hacker has control of your computer. If you want to try and clean it, I would recommend installing a good third-party firewall like Zone Alarm and visiting a few online anti-virus scanners. I would recommend Panda, Trend Micro Housecall and F-Secure. (You will have to disable avast! while scanning.)
How to set up Zone Alarm:

You can find links to all the scanners here:

Your system is not up to date. Is there any reason you haven’t updated to SP2? You also need to update Sun Java, but cleaning up the malware infections is a priority.
EDIT: Also shut down AVG Anti-Spyware while scanning.
