People have offered help on your other topic, were this post should have been placed and not create another topic for the same problem. Posting on the original topic bumps it to the top of the list and keeps everything together.
In the other topic you were given suggest tools to run you haven’t said if you used them and what the results were. It isn’t that no one wants to help you (seen by the number who have offered suggestions) but we need feed back to be able to offer further advice.
I’ve done everything you told me except for download the Jave JRE 6 which won’t let me download it.
I don’t know why Avast! keeps telling me the the memory is infected and who it won’t scan.can you help?

Is there a tool which allows you to delete the TEMP folder and Temporary Internet Files when you are not i nsafe mode?
