Avast is detecting a number of trojans each of which I delete once it’s in the chest but I’m still getting alerts by “windows” and microsoft-esque alerts informing me I have a security threat and that I’m not fully protected. Also firefox is blocking all interent sites because of security breach and internet explorer randomly pops up and just gives me a blank loading screen.
Does this mean I still have undetected virus’s on my laptop that avast just doesn’t recognise and if so what do I do?
I’m sorry I’m not very computer friendly and this has never happened to me before. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.50.1 http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
always update so you have latest database before you scan
click the remove selected button to quarantine anything found
post the scan log here
