You could also post your problem if it isn’t confidential, etc. The response time in the forums is generally very quick, were the support ticket system can take 5-10 working days depending on the priority it is assigned.
i submit ticket 6 september it was for polish support. ticket was about refunds for cleaner which i have problem with activation. cleaner shows me message that cleaner was too much activated. i said in ticket that also might require change number of licence for cleaner. i have windows 10 and a lot of issue with this system so i often doing format without unistall avast. now i cant activate my licence for cleaner. do you have any solution with this issue? because im not. only change licence or refunds.
I’m not entirely sure if the current avast cleaner actually works with windows 10.
I don’t use either avast cleaner or windows 10, so I can’t speak from personal experience, but I believe there have been some topics relating to this issue with avast cleaner and windows 10.
