I have the DNS not secure issue going on, so someone told me to do a repair, well I did and bam, it’s worse. So now I need to do a clean install but I don’t remember how. Someone please direct to the correct thread??

Thanks Pondus. After checking this out and following it , everything WAS fine yesterday after I ran the clean re install.
NOW— today, I find 3 new processes running in my task manager. Two for the Secure line, which I didn’t purchase and 1 for the cleaner (these are all exe files… running my cpu at 50+ percent and my memory at almost 100%). ???
I tried to delete them and it won’t allow me to do so. Should I do a change and remove the checked boxes in the control panel.
Is there a reason that this happened today and not yesterday after the new install? :o
