Please help!
I’ve attached my HijackThis log file

I’m having serious internet connection problems that are driving me insane!!

There are 9 entries for wpclsp.dll which looks a bit odd. (That seems to be Vista parental control.) Try disabling that and see if that helps. I can’t see any sign of malware.

Hi chelsjas,

Do as FwF has told you and then try to repair your Internet connectivity as follows.

LSP-Fix is a free Windows utility to repair a loss of Internet access associated with certain types of software. This type of software, known as a Layered Service Provider or LSP, typically handles low-level Internet-related tasks, and data is passed through a chain of these programs on its way to and from the Internet. However, due to bugs in the LSP software or deletion of the software, this chain can get broken, causing the Internet connection to become inaccessible.
Download this free program from here: http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.zip

If you are using the program on a machine that cannot open .zip files, or are downloading for a friend whom you’re not sure can read .zip files, download the uncompressed files below instead. It will take a bit longer, but this way the program can be used as-is

 Hi Chelsjas :

To actually USE “LSP-Fix”, it would be wise to read its “Tutorial” at
www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial59.html . However, I am
unsure IF this program can be or should be used on your Vista Operating
System computer !?

Hi Chelsjas,

Another alternate solution could be: to change the network controller power management settings for both your controllers. Enabled the “allow the computer to power off this device” setting and all will be working as it should, try this first and then you do not need the LSP-Fix (which might be outdated, as Spiritsongs mentions, and not function properly for Vista),
