The waiting for sub subsytem refers to waiting for MS Outlook (not express) to start. If you don’t use MS Outlook Terminate the Outlook/Exchange provider and when asked ’ Do you want to Persist the change’ answer ‘Yes.’
I suggest you edit your post and remove your email address unless you particularly like spam, the web site is publicly available and could be scanned bu harvester bots looking for email addresses to add to spam lists.
Or simply go into Add/Remove Programs, run avast! setup, and uninstall the Outlook/Exchange provider. It’s easy to add back if that is ever desired, since the avast! installer is so well designed.
