Please, tell me how to delete YGMDRM.EXE permanently?

Hello everybody,
I am new here… Please excuse me if I missed this topic.
I have AVAST 5.0.677 version. Last update - before 2 hours.
Please, tell me how to delete YGMDRM.EXE permanently?
I tryed to delete it even in the SAFE MODE, but it’s failed.
I read a lot of information in the net, but nothing works.
Can you give me full instructions?

you mean it detect it as malware but can not remove it ?

You can try boot scan, and never delete, always move to chest

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.46 http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
always update so you have latest database before you scan
click the remove selected button to quarantine anything found
you may post the scan log here if anything is found
