Can anyone help me?
I get the message “ashWebSv.exe encountered a problem and needed to close”.
I have already tried to uninstall, reinstall and repair Avast! 4.7 Home Edition, but still can’t solve the problem. :cry:

I can’t find it after I closed the error message.
I will save and send it to you when it happen again next time.

Is there dump files in the log folder?
C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\DATA\log\Setup.log

I hope the problem can be solved a.s.a.p.

As I’ve already replied via e-mail – this is most probably connected with the Filesclab firewall. We have had issues before and the devolopers from Filesclab confirmed that as fixed – maybe not so fixed at all.
