Pls help me get back

I get msgs that my order is expiring/expired, but I never got an e-mail with the necessary discount info to continue my subscription. This is due to the fact that I changed my e-mail address in Dec.2005 but it doesn’t seem to have been registered in your system, despite my effort to do so. I would like to continue enjoying the safety of Avast, please send me a “continuation discount key” or whatever it’s called to my new e-mail address: evamarie69@gmail.com. PS: URGENT
