plz help firewall : network Connections local resolve names as coin-hive.com

First of all sorry for my English

Avast Firewall : Network Connections show local 0.0.0.0 when Resolve names as coin-hive.com like in picture i have attached below

Did it mean i have infects virus or Trojan coin-hive or something else

(I have try full system scan but still show noting)

So please advise me how to figure out and how to solved it

Do you set your Hosts to block coin-hive.com as redirecting to 0.0.0.0? I saw similar wrong “resolved” names when Hosts are set.
