Policy Passwords

Since the upgrade to version 21.8.2670 (build 21.8.6586.693) the web console passwords no longer work and you have to disable passwords to allow access to client software.

AVAST is working to fix this issue.

The passwords seem to be working again, but now I’m noticing another difference. We can no longer temporarily disable a shield, like the firewall for example. A dialog is shown with the message “You are not allowed to perform this action, please contact your system administrator.”. I can’t find a setting for this in the cloud console. Is this a deliberate choice to no longer allow clients to disable a shield?
