So we called, tweeted and email and after 22hrs > nothing?
We paid for the Premium BUT it does not have an ‘addon’ for the e-mail client?
Been using it for over a year and it had before?
Also, 0800-085-4825 is a premium number via mobile from the UK AND when I tried to leave a message it said ‘Mailbox Full?’
What is going on?
If we on’t hear from you in 48 hrs we’ll be cancelling our subscription!!
